Depot Street Farmers Market was founded in 2015, and held it’s first market in 2016. DSFM is a project of Northeast Tennessee Food Alliance (NETFA), a non-profit 501(c)3 organization. NETFA created this market as a response to the community saying they wanted a Farmers Market downtown.
NETFA also feels it is an important aspect to help revitalize the Downtown area. The town’s revitalization plans now include a covered Farmers Market, and we sure do look forward to that day! Depot Street Farmers Market can also be found on Facebook.
